LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE

Hello, we are looking for a roommate for a free room. The flat is located in Prague 10 Záběhlice. Currently, I live here with my boyfriend plus one roommate who will be moving out in a few months, so it will just be the three of us. In the flat with us lives a dog who is calm, does not bark, does not bite, but is sometimes a bit annoying and wants to play or cuddle. We love animals, so it can be a person with a pet. For nature lovers, we live right across from a small forest where you can reset your mind well.
The roommate you would be replacing plans to leave by the end of April at the latest, but it can be earlier by agreement.
The room has an area of about 20m2, it is only partially furnished with a table and a wardrobe.
The bus stop is about 5 minutes from the flat. Metro A Skalka is 15 minutes away. Metro B Vysočanská is about 25 minutes. Metro C Chodov is about 15 minutes. Vivo Hostivař is a 30-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.
Small TESCO is a 10-minute walk. Lidl is 15 minutes by bus. There are two Penny markets nearby, also about 15 minutes away. Kaufland is 10 minutes by bus. Albert is around us four times.
The rent is 11,000 CZK plus a deposit of 11,000 CZK.
