I will rent a family house in Dětmarovice

I offer a long-term rental of a family house in Dětmarovice in a quiet location with a size of 4+1 larger rooms. The house will be available around April May as the tenants are moving for family reasons, therefore I do not attach photos of all rooms as they are still living there. Possible viewing is possible by agreement. There is an option to purchase a nearly new kitchen with appliances, which can be arranged with the tenant; the purchase is currently relevant. There is a school bus stop by the house that takes children to school in the morning and brings them back in the afternoon. The house is insulated, there is a well for utility water in the garden, plastic windows, a new coal and wood boiler according to the valid category, a stainless steel chimney, and water heating with a 200L boiler. The house has planned modifications for facade cleaning, a new fence separating the garden, etc. The house has a separate entrance, I do not mind pets as long as it is in reasonable measure (it is more about the number of dogs, cats); you can even keep chickens, I have no problem with that. The rent is 21,000 CZK per month including services (waste, septic maintenance, etc.). The tenant sets the electricity deposit, I recommend about 3,000 CZK for a family. Water is paid once every 3 months, about 500 CZK per month depending on consumption. More information by phone. I require a one-time fee of 21,000 CZK. I will of course choose the tenant, and if I choose, the rent and services will remain the same for a long time xxx years. Please only working individuals with a stable income.
