we are a young couple (student + working boyfriend) looking for a furnished apartment in Banská Bystrica for long-term rent from 1st July 2026.
Ideally, we are looking for an apartment with a balcony for up to €750 including utilities. We have a small dog - a miniature dachshund 🐶, he is well-behaved and used to living in an apartment.
We are responsible, tidy, and non-conflict tenants.
We would appreciate any offers, ideally directly from the owner (without a real estate agency).
