The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped and can be used by the tenant.
The rental price is €22 / m² / month excluding VAT (of which €18 / m² rent + €4 / m² utilities).
The rental price includes operating costs (services) associated with the proper use of the leased property, which include:
the supply of electricity, the supply of gas (heat) for heating, water and sewage, rainwater, waste disposal, cleaning of common areas, reception fee.
The premises are equipped with optical cable, and the tenant arranges internet separately, which is not included in the rent.
The tenant has the option to reserve a parking space at a price of €60 including VAT / 1 space / 1 month.
The lease agreement duration is a minimum of 3 years, with a requirement for a three-month deposit and also a three-month notice period. In the case of a contract for an indefinite period, the notice period is at least 6 months.
