In my family house in Jeseník (quiet neighborhood), I am building a separate studio apartment, which I would like to offer for long-term rental starting in September (at the latest).
What is it about:
A completely independent unit with its own entrance. Possibility of a small private front garden. Own outdoor storage space (for a bike, skis, etc.). 🐾
Why am I writing this now?
Because we are building right now. If we sit down together, you can influence some construction elements or furnishings so that you can live there as comfortably as possible from autumn.
Who am I looking for?
I am looking for an individual with whom I can connect on a personal level. Even though we will each have our privacy, we will still share one house. I am looking for someone responsible and easy-going, who appreciates peace, preferably an older person (over 40), ideally a woman, a grandmother...

I am looking for someone who would like to exchange up to 50% of the rent for help and who will assist me with:
Taking care of and feeding animals (this is crucial for me!). 🐈🐕 Taking care of the garden. Occasional cleaning.
