We offer a rental of two rooms with an area of 29 m2, which includes a fully equipped shared kitchen, and there is also a shared bathroom (washing machine + dryer + bathtub, the toilet is designated only for the tenant). This is a partially shared space with the owner of the family house - a pleasant, calm man. Additional equipment: sofa bed, bed, wardrobes.
Use of the garden is possible by mutual agreement. We are looking for a pleasant tenant who is calm and conflict-free.
There is a bus connection to the metro + excellent train connection to the center of Prague - about 15 minutes.
Rent including fees is 15,000 CZK. Available at the end of April 2026. 2,000 fees Energy performance class: C - economical (according to) Price: 12,500 CZK/month
