Sale of forest land in the cadastral area of Nespice

I offer for sale forest land in the cadastral area of Nespice. This includes: - plot no. 560 registered as permanent grassland with a total area of 12,438 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 6,219 m2, - plot no. 561/1 registered as forest land with a total area of 17,496 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 8,748 m2 (age of the forest 101 years - tree species representation spruce, larch, pine, birch, age of the forest 13 years - tree species representation spruce, maple), - plot no. 669/1 registered as forest land with a total area of 15,283 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 7,642 m2 (age of the forest 137 years - tree species representation spruce, larch, age of the forest 34 and 50 years - tree species representation spruce, age of the forest 26 years - serviceberry, spruce, age of the forest 17 years - serviceberry, birch, shrubs, spruce), - plot no. 669/2 registered as other area with a total area of 188 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 94 m2, - plot no. 672/1 registered as other area with a total area of 1,515 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 758 m2, - plot no. 672/2 registered as forest land with a total area of 763 m2, of which we own a share of 1/2, i.e. 382 m2 (age of the forest 90 years - tree species representation spruce, poplar). A paved road leads to plot no. 669/1 (gentle slope), plot no. 561/1 is partially logged (infested by bark beetles, on a slope). The meadow is flat by the stream. We are owners of a 1/2 share of the land. The total area of the 1/2 share of the land is 23,843 m2.
