I offer for sale forest land in the cadastral area of Poříčany. This includes: - plot no. 718/1 registered as forest land with a total area of 27,036 m2, of which we own a share of 1/4, i.e., 6,759 m2 (age of the forest 141 years - representation of tree species pine), - plot no. 718/10 registered as forest land with a total area of 2,358 m2, of which we own a share of 1/4, i.e., 590 m2 (age of the forest 132 years - representation of tree species pine). The land is flat, no logging has taken place. The land is next to a paved road. We are owners of a 1/4 share of the land. The total area of the land is 7,349 m2.
