Sale of forest land in the cadastral area of Vrchovina

I offer for sale forest land in the cadastral area of Vrchovina. It concerns: - plot no. 1277 registered as forest land with a total area of 4,684 m2, of which we own a share of 7/16, i.e. 2,049 m2 (age of the forest 62 years - representation of tree species poplar, birch, spruce).
The land is flat, a small grove between fields. We are the owners of a share of 7/16 of the land with an area of 2,049 m2.
