The apartment is on Razusova Street, the second entrance is insulated with a balcony, 4th floor, opposite the old hospital, 5 minutes from the center, currently under reconstruction, I do not rent to families. Real estate agents do not call. Monthly rent is €450 + a deposit of €900 upon moving in. The apartment will be available from May 1.
