I am selling a completed project including stamps and approvals, a personal house project by architect and designer Petr Miláček. This is a paper project, not a physical building! A non-standard rectangular project (18.5 x 9m) with two roof heights and an internally half-open mezzanine space. A large kitchen separated by a fireplace from the living room with an open ceiling space. An office and fitness room located on the 1st floor + storage space under the roof. Behind the wall of the living room - a large children's room with the possibility of division. In the second half of the ground floor - an entrance hall with a built-in storage space, a technical room (for heat pump, boiler, laundry, etc.), a toilet, a bathroom, and a bedroom. French windows in the bedroom + living room. Roof windows facing south. Designed for Itong lambda without additional insulation but can also be made of bricks. Heating using a heat pump + underfloor water heating. Fireplace insert for possible additional heating of the underfloor or utility water.
