The apartment with a non-passing layout has been mostly renovated (new sanitary fixtures and kitchen), the floors in the living rooms are made of parquet, while the hallway, kitchen, and sanitary facilities are tiled. The building where the apartment is located has undergone complete revitalization (insulation of the outer shell, roof, replacement of risers and windows). The residence is situated in an area with full civic amenities (doctor, pharmacy, shops, market, school, kindergarten, etc.) and excellent transport accessibility (public transport stop 100 m, highway access 5 km). Rent is 10,000 CZK including regular payments associated with the maintenance and use of the apartment (repair fund, building insurance, flat rate for water meters, costs for readings, distribution of heat meters, and building management fees). Advance payments for heating 800 CZK, hot water 700 CZK, cold water 280 CZK, electricity consumption in common areas of the building 20 CZK, cleaning of common areas 100 CZK – a total of 1,900 CZK.
