TCHOŘOVICE - medieval fortress

REALITY BLATNÁ offers - the area of a medieval fortress with former agricultural buildings and two family houses. Neglected condition, reconstruction necessary. The fortress - built-up area of approximately 1100 m2 including a closed courtyard of approximately 250 m2. Built in the 14th century, rebuilt in the 17th century into a granary, 3 underpasses. Agricultural buildings - built-up area of approximately 1680 m2, from the northern side enclosing the entire area, consisting of former barns, spacious stables with vaulted ceilings, and storage spaces. At the entrance gate, two family houses of sizes 2+1 and built-up areas of approximately 120 m2 are adjacent. Equipment: Electrical connection, possibility of connection to the public water supply.
