It is rented including appliances (newer washing machine, refrigerator, combined stove) and partially furnished with cabinets (except for the double bed and sofa bed). It is also possible to vacate the apartment if the tenant has all their own furniture. The residential building has been renovated and has 3 elevators, one of which is a freight elevator. The apartment is rented to working persons, only non-smokers without pets. A 1-month deposit is required. It will be available from 01.05.2026. The price includes utilities.
