The offices remain unfurnished; desks, chairs, dressers, and TVs are not included in the rental.
Additional office equipment that remains and is included in the rental price: Unify wifi router connected to CETIN, Fenix heating - 7x ceramic infrared panels connected to wifi (remote control possible), two indoor air conditioning units, a camera system, blackout blinds, and a mailbox. The rental includes a glass meeting room, toilet bowl, boiler, living green wall, and kitchen.
The premises have been newly insulated, energy efficiency of the building: low-energy.
It is a quiet location. The public transport bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. The restaurant is a 3-minute walk away.
The total price including utilities and internet is 3,250 CZK/month. Available from March 1, 2026.
A one-time non-refundable reservation fee of 5,000 CZK is required upon reserving the office. No commission is paid to the real estate agency (saving approximately 5,750 CZK).
The offices are regularly cleaned every week by a cleaning lady; if interested, we are happy to provide contact.
