Today I had a viewing of a 2+kk apartment in the Residence Na Mariánské cestě. A family of four was interested in the apartment, but the 2+kk layout is unfortunately too small for them despite the larger area. Therefore, I am currently looking for an apartment for this family with at least 3+kk, ideally within this residence. At the same time, I have more inquiries here – based on previous sales and rentals in this project. It is evident that there are now several apartments in the residence freshly taken over from the developer, where owners are still dealing with kitchens, furnishings, or waiting until they can start offering the apartment. Right now is the ideal time to start addressing the rental – there are plenty of interested parties, and it is possible to choose a quality long-term tenant.
