The insolvency administrator offers for sale a property owned by the debtor J. Kulhavá, namely:
Co-ownership share of 1/2 in unit no. 37/6, apartment, defined in: plot St. 5/4, built-up area and courtyard, part of the building: Pláň, no. 37, apartment building, LV 191; share in the common parts of the property of size 3839/41698.
All recorded on LV no. 192, municipality of Ostrov u Bezdružic, k. ú. Pláň, district Plzeň-sever, maintained by the Cadastral Office for the Plzeň Region, Cadastral Office Plzeň-sever.
In accordance with the resolution of the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem no. j. KSUL 43 INS 26498/2020-B-32 dated 05.11.2025, the property will be sold to the highest bidder, at least for the estimated price of 778,000 CZK.
