The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a brick building without an elevator. The apartment building will soon be completely revitalized (insulation, new facade, loggia, insulation, and new electrical wiring in common areas), which will contribute to better comfort and energy savings.
The layout of the apartment is very practical – from the hallway, there is access to the bedroom, a separate WC, the kitchen, and further to the bathroom with a bathtub and the living room with access to the balcony. The apartment is sunny, central, with all windows facing south. The rooms have parquet floors, and the kitchen has a floating floor. Heating is provided by electric heaters, and water heating is done by its own boiler. The apartment has new electrical wiring (220 V + 380 V).
The apartment is offered partially furnished – there is a kitchen unit with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, shelving cabinets in the bedroom, a wardrobe in the hallway, and plenty of storage space including extensions. Additional equipment can be added upon agreement.

The total monthly costs are therefore approximately 15,000 CZK, which represents very affordable housing in this area. The tenant pays for the internet separately.
A refundable deposit of one month's rent (15,000 CZK) is required upon signing the lease agreement, and the real estate agency's commission is 15,000 CZK.
The apartment is suitable for decent, working tenants, individuals, or couples. The owner reserves the right to choose the tenant according to their own criteria. The energy performance certificate was not provided, therefore we state the energy efficiency class G.
