Description
As part of the insolvency proceedings, we are selling real estate, namely:
a co-ownership share of 1/3 in parcel no. 229/7, agricultural land, registered in LV 270 maintained by the Cadastral Office for the Plzeň Region, Cadastral Office Klatovy, cadastral area and municipality of Čachrov.
The conditions for the sale are set by the insolvency court as follows:
-it will be sold to the interested party who makes the highest offer, but at least for 35,000 CZK,
-the purchase price will be paid no later than upon signing the purchase agreement.
