I offer a cozy cottage for long-term rental just 100 meters from the Jahodnice reservoir, where only a minimum of people visit – an ideal place for those seeking peace and privacy. The cottage is located on the border of the Český ráj Protected Landscape Area and not far from the Krkonoš Mountains, offering a great starting point for trips and hiking. In the vicinity, you will find the ruins of the Kumburk and Bradlec castles, Jičín is 10 km away, Stará Paka 6 km.
Layout: • The cottage has three floors: • 1st floor: cellar and flushing toilet • 2nd floor: hallway, living room, kitchen, stairs/ladder to the upper floor, balcony • 3rd floor: two bedrooms separated by a curtain (instead of doors)
Equipment and technical information: • Electricity is installed on all floors • Water is only available in the cellar – it needs to be carried upstairs • There is no waste disposal on the floor – used water must be manually disposed of • Heating with stoves (Petry - wood, coal) • Ideal for individuals, couples, or families who can manage and appreciate staying in nature. The cottage does not include a bathroom or shower! Water is turned off in winter (i.e., from November to March depending on the weather). The cottage is located in a very quiet place, neighbors come occasionally, on weekends. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the rules of decent behavior and mutual respect. We have above-standard relationships with the neighbors and I would like it to remain that way.
Price: 8,000 CZK for the first 3 months, 7,000 CZK for the 4-6 month, 6,000 CZK from the 7th month + utilities. Refundable deposit 16,000 CZK.
