I offer for rent a separate non-passing and lockable room furnished with a balcony in an apartment in the KVP housing estate in Košice, Trieda KVP 1 in the Grunt shopping center. The room was approved in 2024. Room furnishings include an electric bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, mirror, TV, and recuperation system. The room is on the ground floor of a maisonette apartment and is rented to a non-smoking student of Ukrainian nationality or a Slovak. The roommates are male university students from Ukraine.
