I offer for rent a nice large garden (1000m2) with a cottage - 39m2 with established electricity, drinking water, and a stove in a quiet part of Skalica, a short distance from Dobrá. Best suited for a handy person - there are a few things to finish on the garden and cottage (like repairing the terrace, cleaning the wood shed, sanding and varnishing, etc.). Ideally, a person who does not mind animals - there is a separate place for 8 hens, eggs in exchange for help, but it is not a condition. Rent from 5900 to 7900 CZK/month including utilities for 1 person according to the agreed regime. Habitable for 8 months a year, but I prefer people who have a main residence.
