The spaces are located on the elevated ground floor and are also accessible by elevator. The hall includes facilities for an office with a small kitchenette of 16 m².
There is parking available for two cars in the area, and more parking spaces can be arranged upon agreement.
The monthly rent is 8,500 CZK, including flat fees for water (200 CZK) and electricity (1,000 CZK; minimum amount, can be adjusted according to the nature of the operation).
The refundable deposit corresponds to twice the monthly rent.
