The apartment unit is undergoing complete reconstruction and will be available for moving in on March 31, 2026. Currently, I cannot provide photos due to finishing work in the apartment. The preliminary rental price for one person will be 17,000 CZK + electricity transfer. A deposit, reservation, and calculated rent according to the number of people are required.
