I offer a long-term rental of a garage in personal ownership with an area of 19 m² in Liberec-Ruprechtice next to the housing estate "Hokejka" – in the 2nd row of garages Na Cvičišti. The internal dimensions of the garage (approx. 5.4 x 2.85 m, entrance dimensions: 231 cm width, 198 cm height, internal height of the garage 265 cm). The garage is dry with new floor insulation (new tar paper under 7 cm of concrete, top coat Epoxyban gray), newly painted, refurbished wooden doors, 2 locks. Possibility to park another smaller car in front of the garage. Electricity is supplied to the garage (shared meter), light and socket at 220 V. The garage can be rented immediately. The rent is 2,500 CZK/month + fixed electricity fee of 50 CZK/month. The refundable deposit is 5,000 CZK. In case of payment in advance for 12 months, the rent is 2,300 CZK/month + fixed electricity fee of 50 CZK/month. One-time fee for drafting the rental agreement: 3,000 CZK.
