House in the Heart of Nature in the Village of Snežnica

I am renting a two-story, 4.5-room family house with a usable area of 120m and a plot of 850m.
The house is located in the village of Snežnica, just 10km from the center of the district towns of Žilina and Kysucké Nové Mesto. It is situated in the new part of the village (Hrby) and borders only one neighbor. A local stream flows along the border of the plot, and from the terrace, there is a view of the forest and meadow where wild animals occasionally graze.
The rental will be available from July/August.
