Cottage in Bohdalovice

I am selling a cottage in a quiet village on the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Krkonoš. The cottage is easily accessible by car and is located in the upper part of a sloping plot of 1,600 m². On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a small bedroom, a workshop, a shower, and a dry toilet. In the attic, there is another spacious unheated room and an attic. A new shed adjoins the cottage. The cellar has a separate outdoor entrance. Water from the municipal water supply, electricity 230/400 V, sewage is not connected. Heating is by solid fuels - stoves and a fireplace. The cottage is approximately 100 years old and although it is fully habitable, it requires repairs.
