I am renting a garage located behind the Terno supermarket, between Strakonická and Suchomelská streets (see the last photo).
Access is via a solid road. The garage is dry. It has solid doors. Suitable as a workshop, rehearsal space, or just storage.
Available from April 2022.
I prefer applicants who can pay for half a year and more months in advance. In that case, I do not require a refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK.
Only a contract for 12 months, shorter for 3,000 monthly. I am the direct owner. No commission is charged.
