Location Černošice - Dolní Mokropsy 100m from the Berounka cottage - a paradise for fishermen, 10km by car to Prague Smíchov, the train runs every 20 minutes, the train station is a 150m walk from the cottage, a restaurant where food is cooked is 60m from the cottage, the cottage is in the settlement Jedličkovy Lázně, it is a part of a large cottage, its 1/4 with a total living area of 16m2 - 2 rooms, living room approx. 10m2, furnished with a wide bed, a two-part wardrobe, a computer table and TV, and shelves for storage, kitchenette approx. 6m2 with a shower corner, kitchen wall, refrigerator, stove, and sink for dishes, garden approx. 30m2, utility water is in plastic barrels and is drawn from a shared well, about 25m from the cottage, a small water supply is connected to the cottage, the living part of the cottage has been completely renovated - i.e. the entire living area is covered with wooden panels, new electricity distribution including inspection, plus utility water distribution, in the shared path in front of the cottage about 7m from the cottage, there is a connection to drinking water and sewage from the municipal water supply. There is a possibility to connect to the water supply and sewage directly to the cottage.
