I will rent a garden with a brick cottage in Prague. Seasonal water, electricity in the cottage. There is space for cultivation in the garden. The cottage has a fold-out sofa and a kitchenette.
The cottage is not intended for year-round living.
Rental conditions:
rent: 8000 CZK/month. Refundable deposit: 24,000 CZK.
I prefer applicants with a vision for long-term rental.
