We offer for sale a small hydroelectric power plant on the Rolava River in the village of Nejdek.
It is an underground structure from 2008 that utilizes the water management facility of the existing waterworks of the solid weir in Nejdek.
The structure serves to produce ecologically clean electricity and consists of a withdrawal and damming facility, an intake channel, a hydroelectric power plant machine room, and a discharge channel. In 2025, the belts and pulleys of both turbines were replaced.
Electricity production is fed into the public distribution network of the ČEZ group via a cable connection, the operator is its owner. Operation with 2 Cink system Banki turbines with a diameter of 600 mm and 450 mm allows for automatic operation of the entire hydroelectric power plant, as the unit and the entire control system of the hydroelectric power plant are designed for independent automatic operation. The minimum residual flow is ensured by overflow over the solid Jambor threshold at river km 17.90.
