Each warehouse/office in the area is individually secured with motion sensors, connected to a permanent security control. Suitable as a storage room, or for storing furniture, tires, materials, garage for motorcycles, etc. The warehouses are dry, with internal lighting and a socket. Height of the warehouse is 2.4m, length 5.9m, width 2.4m. Access 24 hours a day all year round. Close to the metro, at the tram terminus. Heavy machinery, trucks, etc. can access the area non-stop. There is a toilet in the area.
