I am selling a pig slaughterhouse in Štítnik, district of Rožňava. The slaughterhouse operated until 2008. Since then, it has not been in operation, all equipment and boxes are from the reconstruction from 2004-5. The access road is directly from the main road, the area is paved, and the roof does not leak. The land is not part of the sale, it is owned by a private person, with whom an agreement can be made for sale or rental.
