Rental of a 1+1 apartment

I am renting an apartment in the town of Loket, Sportovní street 1+1 in a quiet and pleasant location, suitable for individuals or couples looking for comfortable living. The apartment is located in a pleasant environment with good access to services and transport.
The monthly rent is 8,500 CZK + services 4,000 CZK. Electricity will be transferred to the tenant. A refundable deposit of two monthly rents is required.
A parking space can also be rented for approximately 1,500 CZK per month.
