Apartment for rent in Veseli nad Moravou

I am renting a fully furnished 3-room apartment with a balcony in Veselí nad Moravou-Hutník. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2022. The apartment unit is located on the 2nd floor of a panel building. The whole building is very decent with trouble-free neighbors.
The apartment includes all appliances: washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and also all furniture: dressers, wardrobes, sofa, dining table, bed…
We prefer long-term rental. Only working individuals. A well-behaved pet is negotiable. The entire apartment is non-smoking!!
Available from mid-April 2026.
Price 20,000 CZK/month (rent including services).
Upon signing the lease agreement, one month's rent + a deposit equal to one month's rent, i.e., 40,000 CZK, is required.
Further rent payments are due by the 15th of the month (in January for January, in February for February…)
