The building is insulated, has a new facade and plastic windows. The relationships in the building are good, the homeowners' association functions very well. The apartment comes with a small cellar that can be used.
Rent: 17,500 CZK/month + utilities (water, heating) and fees approximately 3,300 + electricity - transfer to the tenant - deposit according to consumption.
Refundable deposit: 35,000 CZK (two monthly rents). I am looking for a decent, reliable tenant with permanent employment, without pets. The rental price is not negotiable.
