I am preliminarily checking if there would be interest in a ground floor apartment in an apartment building. The apartment underwent a complete renovation 3 years ago. (electricity, water, sewage, insulated ceiling, windows, floors, bathroom + toilet, simply everything.) Reason for sale - we need at least 3+1.
The apartment is approximately 52m2. Heating is by electric boiler or air conditioning (the air conditioning heats the apartment comfortably even in -15°c).

The apartment is also suitable for recreation, with plenty of ski slopes nearby, cross-country skiing track - 300m, swimming pool - 150m. Everything is close.
