We are renting a 2+1 apartment in Chrudim, U Stadionu street (near Tesco), the apartment is located on the first floor. The area is 63m2 (hallway, kitchen, children's room, living room, toilet, bathroom, sleeping nook, balcony, cellar compartment). The apartment has been completely renovated. It includes built-in furniture, a one-year-old air conditioning unit, a shading awning on the balcony, built-in appliances in the kitchen, the apartment will be available around April/May, rent is 15,000 CZK + utilities. Deposit is 3x the rent. The apartment will be completely repainted, pets are not allowed.
