We offer for rent an apartment in personal ownership, size 3+1+storage in Vrbice near Valč. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a panel building. The rent is 7,900 CZK, services according to the number of persons (e.g., for up to 4 persons 1,000 CZK, each additional person + 200 CZK) + energy and liability insurance. We require a refundable deposit of 16,500 CZK. Water heating is provided by a boiler (included in the apartment's equipment). Heating is local solid fuel (not included in the apartment's equipment). The energy class PENB has not yet been established; according to the amendment to Act 78/2013 Coll., the lowest possible 'G' is indicated.
