We are a young couple, soon to be a family, and we are looking for the perfect place for our future home. We are interested in a building plot of approximately 1000 m², ideally in a quiet location suitable for family living. Budget: maximum up to €50,000. Location: we prefer a quieter environment with good access to the city. Engineering networks (on the plot or at least within reach) and access road are a must.
