I offer for long-term rent a 3-room family house in the village of Veľký Čepčín, district of Turčianske Teplice. The house is suitable for a family, a couple, or a smaller group of tenants who want peaceful living with a large garden.
The house has a floor area of approximately 100 m² and is located on a sunny plot of about 1400 m². The interior of the house is nicely renovated and ready for living.
Layout and equipment - 3 rooms - kitchen - bathroom combined with WC - heating with a gas boiler (wood heating option available) - water heater - waste managed by a septic tank (removal provided by the owner)
Plot and exterior - 2 garages - wood shed - large greenhouse - outdoor well - terrace with seating - planting beds - the plot is sunny but also has many trees providing pleasant shade.
The house is located in a quiet village with very good and friendly neighbors, without transit vehicles.
The house can also be used as shared accommodation (e.g., multiple people with their own rooms) – suitable for students or workers, in which case an individual agreement is required.
Price: 1000 € / month including utilities
