The insolvency trustee of the debtor: Filip Meyer, born on 16. 6. 1982, residing at Záhřebská 148/50, 120 00 Prague 2 offers for sale real estate from the insolvency estate: - item no. 3 SMP: co-ownership share of 1/16 in land parcel no. 840/3 with an area of 5261 m2, other area, in the municipality of Chvaletice, registered on LV no. 62 for the cadastral area of Chvaletice, - item no. 4 SMP: co-ownership share of 1/16 in land parcel no. 836 with an area of 3510 m2, arable land, in the municipality of Chvaletice, registered on LV no. 309 for the cadastral area of Chvaletice, - item no. 5 SMP: co-ownership share of 1/16 in land parcel no. 844/25 with an area of 2519 m2, arable land, in the municipality of Chvaletice, registered on LV no. 309 for the cadastral area of Chvaletice.
The property was listed in the inventory of the insolvency estate on 11. 12. 2025, published in the insolvency register under item B-3.
The offer must include: - designation of the offer: Monetization of real estate Meyer - identification of the entity making the offer (name, date of birth, residence), - contact details (email, phone, correspondence address), - proposed purchase price in Czech crowns (no minimum offer amount is set).
Offers can be sent electronically to the email: [email protected] or to the data box: 2udditr, or by mail to the address: 1. Správcovská a konkurzní v.o.s., Sladkovského 67, 530 02 Pardubice, no later than 15. 4. 2026. Offers must be delivered to the insolvency trustee by the end of the deadline; mere sending is insufficient to maintain the deadline.
The offer must not be subject to any condition. The only criterion for evaluating the most advantageous offer will be the proposed purchase price. The insolvency trustee reserves the right to reject all received offers without stating a reason. The offer is not a public offer within the meaning of § 1780 of the Civil Code. Interested parties have no right to reimbursement of costs associated with submitting their offer.
Conditions of sale: The purchase price will be paid no later than before signing the purchase agreement. The costs for registering ownership rights in the land register are borne by the buyer. The interested party must not be a person excluded from acquiring property from the debtor's insolvency estate under § 295 of the Insolvency Act (or must be granted an exemption from the acquisition prohibition).
