I am subletting my place at a cosy apartment in AFI Home Kolbenova from 01.05.2026.
You will be sharing a flat with a male working professional (russian/kazakh-speaking) - male tenants only.
Total price is 14.500 CZK including utilities. FYI, utilities are fixed - no reconciliation at the end of the year.
Move-in price is:
29.000 CZK - refundable deposit 14.500 CZK - advance payment that I settled when moving in as tenants are obliged to preliminary cover 2 months at move-in (mandatory condition by landlord company) 14.500 CZK - to be settled in May for June
TOTAL: 58.000 CZK (43.500 to be paid to me as I am simply switching with you - main contract stays in effect under current tenant). I will surely provide all bank settlements for smooth and transparent exchange.
