Sale of land for housing, 1700 m², Halenkovice

We have a plot intended for construction. The total size of the offered plot is 8949 m², and we will be dividing it into smaller plots. Their sizes will be defined by the needs of individual interested parties. The mentioned size of 1700 m² is therefore only a proposed size. This part of the land is designated in the zoning plan as BI (individual housing areas). The plot is flat and has publicly accessible communication leading to it. The plot is located in a local area called Nad Hradským. In this area, some family houses have already been built, but it is rather a quiet location, providing enough privacy and beautiful views of the surroundings. The location is on the edge of the CHKO Chřiby, but is no longer part of the CHKO. For individual houses, the construction of wells is anticipated (a hydrogeological assessment with the distribution of water sources has been prepared for this) and wastewater treatment plants. The houses to be built here can have 2 floors, and there is no established coefficient of buildability. Each plot will also have a share in the access road.
