Advantage and savings - the new tenant does not have to pay rent for the first month of the rental relationship, only services and electricity.

Rent is 25,000 CZK per month, the first month does not have to be paid.
Services are 4,000 CZK excluding VAT.
Electricity is 15,000 CZK per month, transfer of the electricity supply contract to the tenant.
Deposit payable upon signing the contract is 50,000 CZK.
The start of the contractual relationship is from 1.4.2026.
