I offer for sale a family house 8+1 after a complete reconstruction with a usable area of 271 m2, located on a plot of 2,776 m2 in the protected area of the Jizera Mountains - Desná, Pustinská Street. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and three 200 L boilers. Additionally, there is underfloor heating in the lower bathrooms. Everything can be conveniently controlled via an app or through room thermostats in each room. The boilers can also be operated via the app (the number can be determined according to occupancy).
What remains to be resolved in the house? To re-concrete half of the small terrace and lay tiles on it. (historically poorly done) LED strips on the ceiling in the living room for indirect lighting. (preparation is complete) Kitchen plus some minor details, but nothing significant remains.
I spent two years on the reconstruction, and my original intention was to provide the house for short-term rentals; however, life has shown me that this house cannot be my next path...
