Description
We offer for sale two interesting, adjacent plots of land. No possibility of using the plots for construction. They are located in a natural recreational area adjacent to the edge of a tourist location in the cadastral territory of Pec and Újezd u Domažlic, Domažlice district. The larger rectangular plot in the land register Pec u Domažlic has an area of 3002 m² (listed in the land register as other land, usable for example for sports facilities, camps, etc.) and the smaller adjacent plot in Újezd u Domažlic has an area of 539 m² (listed in the land register as forest land). On the larger plot in Pec, there is a clearing surrounded by trees at the edge of the forest, where a children's camp used to be. The plot borders an area that, according to the valid zoning plan, is designated for new housing projects; I see its potential, for example, for a children's camp, a horse enclosure, or some sports facilities. Both plots are in a natural area adjacent to other free and wooded areas on the outskirts of the regional tourist location Hrádek u Domažlic, not far from the local forest biocorridor, the hill Hrádek. It is a plot of almost regular rectangular shape, surrounded by mature coniferous, deciduous, and spontaneous trees. It is undeveloped, without existing buildings, without paved outdoor modifications, and fencing. The plot is accessible via an unpaved road through the properties of other owners. Near the plot, you will find natural memorial sites of regional significance. The village of Pec is located below the ČERCHOV mountain.
