I would be interested in buying an apartment for long-term living in Prague 5 – ideally in locations such as Smíchov, Anděl, Hlubočepy, Košíře or Radlice. Price up to 10 million CZK with a balcony, terrace or at least a pleasant view. Excluding development projects – I prefer places that have their own story, atmosphere, and charm. I am looking for a home, not an investment. If you are considering selling an apartment that has character, a nice environment, or perhaps history, I would be very happy to hear back.
