The flat is on a good floor (6th out of 7), accessible by elevator.
There are nice views of the lake from the flat. The area offers excellent opportunities for relaxation and sports, a lake, a dam, a park around the lake, and several playgrounds. Excellent access to the city center.
The rent is 590 euros/month (including electricity and gas). Upon signing the contract, one month's rent + a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
