We offer a garden with a negotiable area, as the plot is large, it is up to agreement with the owner. The garden is sunny and flat. It is suitable for planting and growing fruits and vegetables. The rental period is at least one year. We are looking for tenants for more years or lifetime rental. The current rental period starts from June of this year. However, reservations are possible now. The rental price is 450 Euros per calendar month. Three deposits in advance and a real estate office fee of 650 Euros are required. In total, this amounts to 2000 Euros in advance.
